Should you feel that upon receipt of your garment you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us by email notifying that you will be returning so we can provide an address for you to post. You have 2 full weeks from the date of purchase to return it back to us in the original packaging and tags supplied. Unfortunately we do not offer a free return service and so emphasise the importance of checking the sizing guides if needed or even mailing us as outlined in the 'Delivery' category. Also please note Vanist will not refund the original shipping cost and you are responsible for paying the return cost when returning back to us. Please make sure you use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

All returns once checked back as stock can only be disbursed back as per the original transaction method. We must also state that this may take up to 4 working days upon us taking receipt of the item.

However we are extremely understanding and aim to help and issue a comprehensive service where possible.
